1. ในหน้าล็อคอินเข้า control panel ให้ล็อคอินโดย e-mail account และรหัสผ่านของอีเมล์



2. จากนั้นเข้าไปที่เมนู preferences


3. ป้อนรหัสผ่านใหม่ลงในช่อง new password แล้วกด ok
